RETURNING AN ITEM

You can initiate a return within 3 days from your delivery date and 5 days for official store products if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item. Otherwise the package will be null and void, it won't be accepted for return.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.

DROP OFF THE ITEMS OR SCHEDULE A PICK UP

Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and drop off your item(s) or schedule a pick-up with our sales team

REFUND PROCESSED

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days via voucher or Airtel mobile money depending on your selected option.
